I can write good stories.Is there is any agency or publisher accepting material with out any paid membership?

...you need to get a writers handbook that lists publishers that will accept "unsolicited material" - if you send a feature to a company that does not state this, they will bin it or return it unopened/unread (because they don't want you to sue them if they run a similar feature, whereby you claim it was your idea...I would imagine though this is all very hard to prove!) but it is important!!

You might want to try contributing to some ezines/websites that interest you/the topic/genre interests you/ or shows off your writing abilities... you then can build-up experience/ a reputation or good 'portfolio' of work...

ohhh,. you can also enter competitions... good way to get recognised...
