Need help researching articles for work? Where do I look?

I am trying to obtain the following articles for a project at work:

1. Dalziel, C. F., “Electric Shock Hazard”, IEEE Spectrum, Vol. 9, No.2, 1972.

2. Hackman, D. J. and J. S. Glasgow, “Underwater Electric Shock Hazards”, Journal of Ocean Technology, Vol. 2. No. 3, 1968.

3. Bove, A. A., “Underwater Electrical Hazards and the Physiology of Electric Shock.”

I have searched on Google, Yahoo, and Dogpile; all I come up with is references to these articles. I need the actually articles.

Any help is appreciated! 10 points to best answer!!! Thank you!!!

Local engineering college library - call first to make sure they have all or most of the publications. If you go you can make copies. Otherwise, you might see if the library will make the copies for you and send them to you (for a fee).

Most likely the complete articles are not available online for free. If you go to the website for each magazine, you may be able to purchase the actual articles directly from each site.
