If she is a registered sex offender her movements would be fairly restricted and she should be easy to track. If she offended in Oregon she should be registered there. I don't know how easy it would be for her to move to another state.

Was she imprisoned or given probation? Again, that would make her relatively easy to track down.

You could try to find a list of registered sex offenders in Oregon. These are among the few people whose privacy is totally compromised. Their presence in a community must be posted in a notice. This would hold true even if she re-married and her name has changed.

I tried Googling her name and didn't get any good leads.

There are any number of people from my past that I would like to find and connect with and I have not been particularly successful in doing so. I suggest you try to locate mutual acquaintances and see what develops.

I have no good suggestions for you, other than you should be certain of the spelling of her middle name "Elizabeth" is the common spelling.
