knowshown moreno, georgia. i don't understand how people can bash tim tebow. what he did last year was short of being a miracle. darkhorse for the year might be matthew stafford, georgia.
edit: good choice scott on stafford. also i know that he said 2009 not 2008 and my choices still stand. another thing, if you people are pulling for tebow, you might want to try and spell his name right.

Ohio State is going to have a decent year except for their humiliating defeat to the Trojans so I could see Wells or Boeckman as candidates. My early pick for Heisman is going to be Matt Stafford from Georgia. The Bulldogs are going to be back in a big way this year.

Tim Tebow - no way. Colt McCoy - had an incredible year yet struggled on Nat'l television and rather much lost the massive 12 Championship activity with a bonehead play on the tip. Mark Ingram - the wonderful participant on the # a million team interior the country. Toby Gerhart - the wonderful working back stats interior the country. Ndamukong Suh - great DT who had a MONSTER activity interior the massive 12 Champ. My guess is that's going to visit Ingram or Suh, even even with the undeniable fact that my vote might have long previous to Gerhart.

Now that Tebow has broken the Sophomore ceiling, I think Sam Bradford will win it unless teammate DeMarco Murray steals a bunch of votes from him like what happened to Adrian Peterson and Jason White.

Can anybody read properly? The question is asking for the 2009 winner, not the 2008 winner.
So everyone saying Wells, Daniel, Tebow... you need to take some reading comprehension classes.
(personally, I thing that Beanie Wells will win in 2008)
But as for your winner in 2009 ....
Joe McNight - RB, USC

I think in his senior season Tim Tewbow will win his second Heisman. I think Wells will win it in 08 and then go to the NFL.

Chris Beanie Well... hes number 1 on the list right now even over Tim Tebow i mean he had 1600 yards and 15 TD's he will only get better

Beanie Wells will win it in September if he has a good game against USC. After that game he will just have to not get hurt and he will bring a Heisman home to Columbus.

Tebow, is the front runner and very well should be, after that I'd say in this order.... Beanie Wells (OSU), Knowshown Moreno (UGA), Chase Daniels (MIZZ) and Percy Harvin (FLA)
SCOTT--- very good w/ the Stafford pick, a darkhouse for sure, but I like that!
