Im trying to remember some old movie titles, do you remember these?

Question

1st is a monster movie, not scary, more for kids.  A group of friends in a small town that have to fight a bunch of the classic movie monsters like Frankenstien, wolfman, dracula.  Here is a quote from the movie" wolfman has nards!!!!" little kids says after kicking wolfman in his junk.  The other is about a boy who always goes to this quarry type place, really rocky but filled with water, jumps off the tall ledge, he thinks there is something in the water but it turns out to be an old crane that rises out of the water by getting filled with air bubbles, he also rides his bike on the railrod tracks, I think it was called Quest-but I can't find it anywhere.

1. Monster Squad, at the end they needed a virgin to read something in german and the first one who tried it thought the sexual experience she had did not counted, then another kid asked if the little girl could do it.
