Shows like queer eye 4 the straight guy, do they keep the improvements for free or / they have to pay for them
I was watching Queer Eye for the Straight Guy today on pay TV, and I'm now wondering about the actual costs involved..... do the contestants / victims on the show get to keep all the furniture and clothes used in their make over for free or do they either pay for the costs involved or is everything returned to the stores.....minus the clothing that has been worn, as it must cost a fortune to redecorate the homes and wardrobes of the contestants / victims that appear on the show, anyway, just wondering, I look forward to hearing some answers, Thanks

I always wondered who paid for what on those makeover and home design shows. The only one who I know pays for what they do is What Not to Wear. I bet those shows would take all the stuff back if the person couldn't pay.

The people in the show don't pay for the goods they receive.
Its typical for shows like these to have deals with the suppliers to get the good for next to nothing because its like a free add for the suppliers.

I think they get to keep everything like they do on other makeover shows. That'd be really mean if they showed you all this stuff and then were like "Pay the bill or its all going back!".
