There are many kinds of nasal sprays which work really well for this kind of condition (like Nasacort AQ). Your Dr. or allergy specialist can probably give you some free samples to try.

I use Veramyst, which is a nose spray that you spray one shot up each nostril once a day, which is great, because i usually forget to take my meds if i have to take them once a day :P

It's a prescription, however, so see your doctor about what kind of medicine you should get. If it isn't allergies, then it's probalbly a cold.

It sounds like you need to see an allergy specialist. He can test you for what you are allergic to. I am using singulair,zyrtec, along with benadryl and taking allergy shots. Loratidine did not work for me either. I wish you luck.
