What is the proper weight?
I'm exceptionally tall at 6'1", and I'd like to know what a good weight for my height is. Right now I'm at 160... but I'm not too happy with it. Any suggestions?

You're at a really good weight for your height, actually.
A great weight would probably be 155? or 150?
