It depends on your lifting experience and body shape.If you are naturally good build up talking steroids in benficial.If you are a 120 lbs skinny dude dont start with steroids.Work up and take steroids after that.As for injectables cycles

I never took any injectables but i have taken 1 form of oral pills.Let me tell you what that stuff is usesless waste of money.Its better to take injectables or not take any.

About side effects you can minimize it if you follow the cycles and directions.Steroid don't give you small dick.All it does is shrink your testicles and it will return back to normal when you are done with the cycle.As for people who say dont use it are ignorant and get the info from media.Dont listen to them.

Don't do it. Steroids can cause heart problem, stunt your growth, give you acne, make you aggresive and to top it off ruin your bones. There are other just as unpleasant side effects. Not worth it!

Try to get some exercise at the YMCA or somewhere. You can do it the right way and have more to be proud of.
