Question about getting around Atlanta.......?
I am going to a Braves game but would like to avoid parking twice so I can see some of the other sites? Would it be best for me to park at Turner Field and walk to downtown, just the opposite, or is it even possible?

You can do that, but I'd advise that you park at the Five Points (Underground Atlanta) area and take MARTA to the baseball game and they also have shuttles that take you back to Underground Atlanta after the game. That would probably be the best idea. I wouldn't advise wakling there, its a long walk and not the safest.

I lived in Atlanta for 16 years and seldom drove downtown because of the parking nightmare that it is. You should take MARTA!

I'd advise using MARTA. It's the mass transit system in Atlanta. Click on the link. It should tell you everything you need to know!
