Can 911 get your exact location when you dial from a cell phone using GPS?
Just wondering, don't want to try it :p
P.S. yes, the law requires that all phones be able to dial 911, even if it means roaming on another network.

yeah.. your cell phone uses E911 techonology which locates your location when you call.

Yes I think so....
Phones can also dial 911 even when not activated yet to an account (at least verizon ones can)

yes sometimes they even ring back to check and for security purposes and they can track you through triangulation also
