If he's caught, it'll be a fine. What he should have done was taken the polling card to to the nearest polling station and handed it in.

Ah what's the point. Labour will lose, but won't release the results. They'll hunt down the tories, who'll go into hiding. Then the UN will get involved but nothing will get done because there's no oil here.

If he was issued with a polling card then surely he is entitled to vote? Why shouldn't he vote anyway? If he has a job then he pays for the Govt through taxes. If he pays rent or owns a house then he also contributes to the local govt. through council tax.

I think it's electoral fraud and he could be charged for it.
