You can do cardio every day. Strength, you need to allow at least a day's rest after working a muscle group before you work it again.
I suggest 2 days a week only strength training, 2 days a week light to medium cardio, and one day of strength & intense cardio.

What's very important is to know your limits . Don't overwork yourself . Do as much as you can without feeling overexerted . The result in overexcercising can result in to strains, weakened bones, etc .
The amt. of excercise all depends on YOU -- how often you've always excercised, your cardio/strength amount already, etc.
If you've JUST started regularly working out, or are going to start regularly working out soon, I'd:
1) Minimize it to 3 times a week.
2) Or, 3 days of either strength or cardio, & 2 days of the other . Just don't over excercise .
Best recommended is #1 because it gives your body time to rest . When your body tells you to stop, stop . Throughout workouts, drink plenty of water .
To lose weight, also eat healthier things . Yes, excercise is the best fat-burning, metabolism-boosting, way to lose weight, but also you need to have a healthy lifestyle . Only eat when you're hungry, don't over proportionize your food, & if you love snacks -- try HungryGirl.com for great foods low in sodium, sugar, & bad fats . You don't have to totally kick out junk food, just lower it .
Hope this helps (:
ps, remember that muscle is weight, too -- you should really try to lose body fat percentage, because what you think are extra pounds that need to be shedded could actually be muscle . there are many scales available at stores such as Target that have scales (that includes Body Fat % & Weight) for good prices .

It depends on the intensity and fitness and duration. If your muscles hurt the next day, you know you did too much and need a day or two off. Many people who strength train everyday alternate the muscle groups so each muscle group is done every other day. Others only do strength training every other day. You can do cardio everyday if you are feeling well. You should work up gradually to heavier weights.

Well, you started out doing too much too soon. Ideally, as a beginner, you should lift weights 3 days per week and do 30 mins of cardio 3 days per week. Each week thereafter, add 1 more day of cardio to the mix. Until you get to 6-7 days of cardio at 30 mins each session. The problem with starting out too fast with cardio, besides possible injury, is our body is highly adaptive. If you start out doing 60 mins every day, our body will soon adapt to that and not burn as many calories doing it. Then what? 90 mins of cardio every day? then 120 mins of cardio every day. Sure, that is fine IF you have the time. But most of us don't. Perhaps you do. With cardio, you have to always INCREASE the time when your fat loss stalls. That's if your diet is perfect. If you're diet is not perfect then you should make your changes there before messing with your cardio. Why? because diet is 3-4 x more important to fat loss than exercise. It's 80% of our answer. Which brings up "weight watchers". NOT a good way to diet for fat loss. Their meals are typically too low in protein and healthy fats. Also, too low in daily calories too. All of those things mean you'll lose muscle more than body fat. Lifting weights now... Our muscles repair grow while we rest them. If you're lifting weights 6 days per week, there's only 1 day of rest and that is not enough. It's best to do it 3-4 days per week as a beginner and intermediate trainer. edit: okay. accountability is big. Good job. I just hope the diet principles you are designing your meals around are sound. Otherwise you'll be spinning your wheels. Many people, myself included, spent many years thinking our diets were healthy and good. And wondering why we weren't making progress like we wanted. Well, turns out the "perfect" diets weren't so perfect after all. I only wish I knew way back then what I know now... good luck on your journey!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

You can definately do cardio everyday... think about your life as a kid... you were running around all day! weight training should be limited to 3 times a week... your muscles need time to heal.

"Simply how much would you bench?" In the event that you will undoubtedly be rich just get finding a dollar for each time some body asked you that! Use this plan https://tr.im/JDMMi in order to impress them.
Simply how much do you benchis turned so crucial and this is why people are constantly seeking to improve their bench. Nothing feels just like putting yet another plate to the club when it's your change to use the benchin your gym.
The Critical Bench program can help you enhance your benchwith the 5x5 technique. 5x5 strategy suggests that you will do the same fat for 5 repetitions of 5 sets. You want to look for a weight that may weakness you by the past rep of the last set. This type of instruction sets great deal of stress on muscle tissue and they have nothing else to do but react and become stronger.

Well cardio you can probably do everyday...maybe take a day break....
For stength training, take a day break in between... For example, if you're working out your lower body today, tommorow don't work that part of the body and work out your upper instead.
Don't exercise everyday...I usually take 1-2 days off a week...
If your sore, don't work that part of your body! Soreness means that muscles fibers ripped. Once, they heal, they become thicker and stronger. If you don't give your muscles 1-2 days to heal (or until they no longer hurt) then you're not allowing them to HEAL..so they won't get stronger/thicker
