Well with lack of details, it looks like it should be fine. It came with a 400GB SATA HD. Use a SATA DVD Drive, if possible. Otherwise it has E-IDE, so your fine there. The OCZ Vindicator is built to fit on an AM2 Socket, so your fine there. Dimensionally, you will have to measure it, the OCZ Vindicator is:
Fan Dimensions: 120 x 120 x 25 mm
Heatsink Dimensions: 110 x 110 x 150 mm
It should be fine.
