i recently just got a computer and ialready have a netscape account and tried to sign on through my new computer and it will not let me it tells me the modem is already in use or not configured correctly.... the other computer in my house is shut off so no logged on accounts are already on... so please can some one help me.... if someone has answers let me no ill even give out my number so u can call and walk me through the steps...
