I dropped my phone in water, and I dried it. But now it's static.?
I dropped my phone, a Sony Ericsson s500i. it's like the at&t walkman slider. I dropped in the water, and I didn't know that you shouldn't put the battery back in and power it on before it dries. So, after I let a dry for about two and a half days, I powered it up again. everything is working fine,k except for when I call. I get rings, but there is also static, and the receiver of the call gets static too. Does anyone know what might be wrong with it, and if it can be fixed?

maybe go into your local verizon store and ask whats wrong other than that theres nothing you can do
