I have recently purchased this dress

for prom. I am in need of make up and hair help!

I'm asian, with warm-toned skin, brown eyes, and dark brown/black, long hair. My skin is somewhat uneven, combination, with acne scars. I have slight under eye circles as well.

I'm not sure whether to go with smoky eyes, or a red lip. and what kind of hair would look best?

so our house is getting renovated, so i get to redo my room!

i like neutral colors, greys, browns, cremes.

i like my room to create a warmness.

i'm getting new beddings, to that's not a worry.

i am putting up a few of the photographs that i took, either blew up or framed.

i am planning on dark-wood furniture, rich browns.

i also like urban, contemporary style- something like a downtown NY loft.

i also want somewhat of a british flair...

I dropped my phone, a Sony Ericsson s500i. it's like the at&t walkman slider. I dropped in the water, and I didn't know that you shouldn't put the battery back in and power it on before it dries. So, after I let a dry for about two and a half days, I powered it up again. everything is working fine,k except for when I call. I get rings, but there is also static, and the receiver of the call gets static too. Does anyone know what might be wrong with it, and if it can be fixed?
