Much of Europe's population were made refugees by WWII, yet every one of them has a home now. A few hundred thousand West Bank Arabs were made refugees BY THEIR OWN GOVERNMENTS and RELIGIOUS LEADERS just 3 years later, and they have yet to have a "Home". Again, this is because of their political and religious leaders.

You are on the right track. Arafat was actually an Egyptian, who at times claimed to have been born in Palestine.

There is already a sovereign state with a Palestinian majority; it is called Jordan. And it has plenty of room for any Arab who calls himself a Palestinian. That is your solution.

So there is no reason for the creation of a 23rd Arab state, except to bring about the end of the only Jewish state!
