Is there an easy way to transfer my Favorites between laptops?
My current laptop is XP and my new one is Vista. I need to transfer a lot of Favorites to my new laptop because I use them for work. Is there a way to do this quickly and easily? I'd prefer not to do each on individually since there are lots of them.

On your XP Machine with the Favorites you want transferred do the following:
Open My Computer
Select:
Local Drive C:
Documents and Settings
Open the Folder labeled with Your ID
Copy Folder Favorites To a USB Drive or Network
Go to your Vista Machine and go to the same location and copy the folder Favorites to your New System.
DONE!
I Hope this Helps!

My lenovo has a system migration assistant. Vista also has an Easy Transfer Manager program that can also help.

yes, go to :
C:\Documents and Settings\user name
Where the user name is the name you log into that old laptop.
there you will see "Favorites" folder.
Just zipp it to Favorites.zip, and use some USB drive to transfer this zip file to your new laptop. and unzipp into the same location. Thats it.
