How do you hide anxiety?
I pretty much have generalized anxiety disorder. I always seem to be worried about something.
I would like to get better about hiding it but I don't even know what it would be like to not be anxious about something...so I am not even sure how my anxiety comes across to others...but I think it does.
Any tips for hiding anxiety from others?

I am going through the same problem. I guess all I can say is stay positive. This will help your mood, and hopefully others will notice. You need to make sure you are happy before you start thinking of others though. In a weird way, this question is a sign of you worrying about what others think about you! I know it is hard, but just try and think positive and happy thoughts. It's an everyday effort for me.. so I know it's easier said than done. I always think the worse.. but lately have been thinking positive and figure-what happens, happens. We can't control everything that happens. We just must learn how to deal.
Cheer up :)

In my experience as an anxious person, it's easier not to hide it. Hiding it makes it stronger.
But, I always make sure my shoulders are dropped and I'm not squeezing my stomach muscles, and i exhale slowly. This helps me not be shaky and tense. I manage the shakiness of my voice by speaking slowly, and looking away from the person for a minute so I can think straight.
and if I'm not sure of something, I say so, instead of pretending. That helps a lot.

Trying to hide something like this is almost impossible and most likely would cause you more stress.Talk to a doctor there may be something he could give you to reduce your anxiety and maybe some counseling.Good luck!

Im have the same exact thing i try to pretend that i dont and i try to put on a confident suit if that makes sense and stand up straight and when you speak make it clear not shy like and muffled this is what i do and after a while i tend to believe it

Umm.. I don't really know how I hide mine. I just do. My friends all know that I have it and it doesn't bother them at all. Just try to keep the worrying in your head, or check on stuff in secret. Or you can just be open about it. When you don't hide it, it seems to not be as bothersome.

Guess ill be the first guy to answer, Dont worry about it so much i let things get the best of me and dwell on things and build them up in my mind, But dont depend on people and try not to focus on things that could happen as much as things that will happen

You really can't. You have to just go with the flow and if you try to hide it, it will show sooner or later. Sorry!
