workout question?

I've been working out for a while now and I'm having a problem with finding excersizes to target my lower abs. I have very strong upper abbs and obliques but my lower abdominals haven't gotten any stronger. What are some good lower ab workouts? How many reps do you recommend I do and should I use weights etc. etc.?

The abdominal area recieves the most blood of any muscle area in your body...and recieves it the most frequently. The idea behind this is that you should not focus on reps, but instead do an exercise until you CAN NOT physically do it any more times. This will give you the best burn and the most reults. that said, Here are some lower Ab exercises

1.) Lay flat on your back and lift your legs up and close together, knees straight. Place your hands behind your head and lift you shoulder blades off the ground. Then...alternating legs kick one up and lower the other...alternate this...keeping your legs straight and close.

2.) Lay flat on your back, then lift your upper body off the floor, supporting it with your forearms on the mat. Lift your legs up, knees bent. They should be fixed as if you were riding a bicycle...then do the same motion you would for riding a bike, with your legs.

Also, work on your diet...the majority of your abs are made in the kitchen.

    my favorite is:

    1. lie of the ground with your feet extended out on the floor. place your hands down towards your sides, palms on the ground.

    2. raise both your feet together until they are straight up, your body forming a 90 degree angle ( not your FEET forming a 90 angle, your body)

    3. keeping your upper body on the floor, lower your feet until they are about a inch away from the floor, almost back into the starting position. dont let them touch the ground! lift them back up agian and repeat for 2 -3 sets of 8-15 reps

    GOOD LUCK

i love to paintings on my center and higher frame when you consider that i think like i've extra balance, while i paintings on my shrink my legs shake an excessive amount of and that i lose stability effectively, that is customarily in view that that i've a foul knee on one leg and my ankle at the different has been damaged two times. I exercise as soon as an afternoon (three units of each and every exercise) I transfer among curls, tricep presses, pushups, lat pull downs and shoulder shrugs in the future and situps, lunges, squats and cleans an extra day. i attempt to get in a two-three mile run both at the treadmill or external a minimum of four occasions per week if i cant daily motivation is the largest obstacle for me
