I have tried downloading the same movie from both isohunt and azureus (now Vuze). It has sound but the picture won't show on my computer (meaning I can hear the movie but cant see it). What am i doing wrong? i even have BitTornado downloaded.

im making a cd for my moms friends surpise birthday party. she's turning 40 and their going bar hopping lol. they rented a charter bus to go from bar to bar and they need a cd for the ride.

so give me a list of some good oldies, or country or anything but rap really lol.

today i pulled my hip flexor at tennis this morning around 10:15 and played through it for about an hour and a half (my coach wouldnt let me sit out because he's a you-know-what). At that time on a scale of 1-10 (10 being worst) the pain was about an 11. now its a bit after 5:30 and i iced it all day and the pain is only about a 3 or 4.

Tomorrow I have a tennis tournament. do you think i should play? i was thinking maybe id start to play and if it got terrible again i would forfiet. but if you forfiet you are out of the tournament completely...

help!! i need advice.

I've been working out for a while now and I'm having a problem with finding excersizes to target my lower abs. I have very strong upper abbs and obliques but my lower abdominals haven't gotten any stronger. What are some good lower ab workouts? How many reps do you recommend I do and should I use weights etc. etc.?

what's the perfume called thats gold and when you shake the bottle it gets all cloudy and 'shimmers' on the inside? it used to be on display wiht a little sticker on it that said 'shake me i shimmer'... is it still available because i cant find it on the site. and if it is available how much does it cost? thanks for your help.
