if you are asking for a particular text to speech software, then I dont have any suggestion. However if you have a PDF format document, then have a look at Adobe Acrobat Reader 8, available online for free. It reads out the document for the user. This function, though i am not too sure, it must be available under the Edit menu.

I'm not too sure if it'll sound exactly like transformers, but you might want to check out YAKiToMe! http://www.yakitome.com./ It'll turn any electronic text into speech and make an audio book podcast that you can share and download for free.

Use some additional voices form other sites

you can download adobe audtion..there you can record your voice and you can edit it, like the voice of optimus prime...there are trials for this software
