yes, it was time for him to go a little while back. benson has never lived to the hype and probably never will. his hard running, tough style has not carried over to the nfl and with that he has had no success. he dosent run hard and tips through holes which is the reason he gets hurt. i think the bears need to acknowledge they have made a mistake and take it for it what it is. get rid of benson and start looking for a replacement. no more excuses for the guy, please!

Trade him to Canada for a LaBatts or to the Arena Football League for a bag of peanuts. He is not NFL caliber.

Oh God i hope they release him... I knew he was going to suck on draft day, and he proved me right over and over agian. Now he has even more criminal issues... He already had marijuana charges, and home invasion charges in Texas. Now the idiot is boating drunk. JERRY ANGELO DROP THIS BUM!!!!!!
