A Briggs 6.5 intek motor, gas leaks out of the primer bulb. Replaced it, that wasn't the problem. Any help?

Either check the fuel tank or the fuel line and see if you can find the leak

The float is stuck or the float valve is bad, this would allow the excess fuel to run out around the primer area. Remove the carb, soak it in a good cleaner, blow it out with air, make sure all the passages are clear and put it back together with a rebuild kit. The kit will have a new float valve plus gaskets etc.

Dean,I would replace the rubber line and clamps from the gas tank down to the primer. Also check the tank itself for a small crack.

Assuming the bulb is in good condition, replace the hose clamps. Problem solved.
