my neighbor is supposedto have herself and her 4 kids living in her house, its a small townhouse and is barely

big enough for me my husband and my 2 kids, she has her sister and her sisters 4 kids living there too and she had another baby. they are always throwing trash in my yard, breaking my fence, im sick of it. who do i call to report that many people living in the house?

Update:

i care because she has stolen my trash cans and i had to call the police once, now whenever we go out back to play they all sit there and watch us and harass us, gives my kids dirty looks and say mean things to him, i cant talk to them about it because they act like children and smart mouth me and im tired of living next to them, i have lived here for 4 years and they jusy moved in a year ago, they let their kids stay up past 12 because i can hear them jumping around and screaming like there in my house. its disgusting finding hair weave in my yard and all her cigg butts.

If it is a rental place I would call the landlord and say they are breaking the rules and throwing trash in your yard, etc. If it is a place you own, then there is probably a home owners association that you could contact.

Unless they are getting public assistance, no one is going to care how many people are in the house except maybe a landlord. Welfare has certain conditions about how many kids to a room, etc.. If you have the same landlord, say something to him about how many people are supposed to be living there. As for throwing trash and breaking your fence, if you have the proof then call the police, it's illegal to destroy and/or deface someone elses property.

well the fact that so many people live there really isn't any of your concern. however you do need to talk to them about the issues that do concern you like the trash in your yard and your fence being broken. you need to let them know that this is really irritating you and it needs to stop before you take any further actions

    the landlord?

if she owns the place then you have no control over how many people she lets live in her house. you can report her to the homeowners association about the trash in her yard and throwing it in yours.

Your neighbour has more likely informed the council of her housing needs. Waiting to be house by the council is not instant and takes time and she is more likely on the waiting list. It can take months if not years to rehouse more urgent cases. why don't you try to talk to her about the mess. I am sure she will do something about it.

i actually was in the same situation... what you need to do is call the housing authority in your township, and the call the fire department cause it is a violation. then you can also call if it is a rentl call the management

why don't you try and talk to them before making enemies with your neighbors...? it will only make it worse in the long run... if you already have & it is a persistant problem, I would speak with your town hall to find out who you would need to address this issue with...
