Who will stop the Rockies EXpress Pipeline?

The Rockies Express Pipeline (REX) is planning on cutting thru many farms and watershed in Ill, Ind and Oh. The methods of obtaining permission for right of ways is criminal, the intimidate, threaten and out right trespass.

Plus you the consumer will see no price break in your energy prices, this company is in this purely for profit.

So far it looks like the American Government supports the methods this company uses to steal peoples property and have not shown any desire to have safety in their pipeline.

Any one want to help stop them?

Jerry

Update:

Try looking at FERC.gov for all of the reports on this subject, it is CP07-208

Update 2:

Where do want me to send the latest posting by FERC, it concerns mine subsidence with one of Americas leading coal providers. Try running a sttel 42 inch pipeline over an active long wall mines. The ground does settle and moves on a regular basis. Currently the feds want answers. If this pipeline goes thru the mine area and there are problems will th mine have to cease operations? This mining company produces 50% of the coal used to generate electricity in the U.S. So do you want your lights to go out because a pipeline company got greedy and ignored basic safety standards?
