What is a good brand of clarinet for students?

I want to buy new not used.

    I would buy a Yamaha or Buffet. If you choose Buffet for a student clarinet I would get the B-12 model. Be sure, once you get the instrument, to get the necessary materials such as cork grease, cleaning rag, reeds, lyre, ect.

    I highly reccomend the Buffet B-12 clarinet.

    I rented a Normandy as a beginner. When I became more advanced, I bought a Buffet R13. Buffet's are known for lasting a long time with minimal repairs.

    i have been in band for a year and use Accent and it is really good so mybe u could use one of those the funny thing is i use clarinet
