At which Utah ski resort should I buy a season pass? Need some opinions...?
Spending my first winter in SLC, Utah, this winter - and I'm looking at all the resorts and trying to choose which one is the best resort for me.
Do you have an opinion or idea about what place you like best? If so, please say why.
In my case, I'm an expert rider - what I need to be totally satisfied is big bowls, some chutes, and lots of powder (no problem with 500 inches per year). Fewer people is helpful (for instance, of the 12+ out-west resorts I've been to, Moonlight Basin (scary chute hike!) and Copper Mtn (best bowls) have
been among my top 3, above Breck, Beaver Creek and Vail...)
I'm a student, so I should get a discount, and Alta is out immediately, since it's a no-snowboard resort.
Whaddya think?
again, I'm not a skier. I was, 12 years ago, but i am not interested in going back to that, not for a resort that I will probably switch away from after a year anyways for a different one... soooo, non-alta recs?

everyone on here is out of their mind.... PARK CITY utah is THE best resort i have seen in a while. when i went there again this past season, they have the best ski/snowboard conditions i have ever seen. I've been to Vail and Breck and it seems they are more ski rounded like a lot of resorts.

everywhere in Utah you will incur the wrath of the famed and lots feared snowboarding Elders who will batter you with regard to the pinnacle with a e book of Mormon. someplace else they simply deliver a bear when you. do no longer ski passes have the proprietors photos on them?
