period pain?
a week before im due to start my period i get aches and pains in my shins and especially my knees. is this normal? does anyone else get period pain in random places? cheers x

My knees hurt terribly right before my period too, I thought I was the only one.....actually I am 37 weeks pregnant and still get the pain around the time I should get my period!!

My arthritis always flares up worse than normal when my period is due, apparently it is due to increased blood flow round the body or something along those lines (it may even be decreased can't remember now lol I did ask once tho!!)

Yes, women get all sorts of aches and pains at this time. Keep a hormonal diary to keep track of how you feel during each cycle

i get pain all the way down my leg but only in one leg. it is really weird. i get to where i can't walk at all because it is so horrible.
