I ve had an iPhone 6 for a month. It hasn t worked properly since I ve had it. I transferred my SIM card and all my photos were gone. Several phone numbers were gone. When I unlock the phone sometimes the apps have moved or they are gone and I have to download them again. Today I unlocked the phone and what s app had gone so I re-downloaded it and all my messages were gone. I am upset about this.

Can anyone advise how I can solve these problems or what I should do?

My mum has a 14 month old laptop from tescos which is 2 months out of warranty. its had a major component die and shes lost a lot of work. at 14 months it should certainly still be working. does she have any legal rights?

i had facial/bells palsey nearly 3 years ago and my face has returned to normal. occasionally the side of my face which was affected gets cramp, which is painful, or twiches. is this normal?

I was recently taken aside by a senior member of staff who told me that he'd 'seen my medical records and knew what was wrong with me'. he then prcoeded to offer me medical advice. i was very ill 2 years ago but was very fortunate to get better. theres nothing wrong with me any more. is he alowed to do this?
