Hi , yes it is normal .. i had a severe head injury 15 years ago and i had bells palsy on the left hand side of my face , i still get small muscle spasms which tells me that its alive and kicking as i was paralysed all down my left side for 2 years after my accident. its nothing to worry about and it really is normal for the cramps and twitches, my spasm is mostly under the eye on the cheek which ive learned to live with. Its just the muscles and nerves getting a constant flow of blood.
