IPhone 6 malfunctioning?

I ve had an iPhone 6 for a month. It hasn t worked properly since I ve had it. I transferred my SIM card and all my photos were gone. Several phone numbers were gone. When I unlock the phone sometimes the apps have moved or they are gone and I have to download them again. Today I unlocked the phone and what s app had gone so I re-downloaded it and all my messages were gone. I am upset about this.

Can anyone advise how I can solve these problems or what I should do?

Thanks

Its weird because nothing should have been affected but the contacts after you removed the SIM card, I'm guessing its a internal fault.

It would have been better to back up your phone before you decided to move everything to your new phone, If you have its easy to set everything back up on your new device. If you are confused, an apple store nearby will be able to help you.

That does not sound like any fault I've ever heard of...

It does sound like someone is messing with your phone and changing/deleting things!

Do you have a jealous friend or family member??
