Media Center problem after a power shortage...HELP!?

I had a one hour power shortage today and now I cannot watch TV. I have Media Center and instead of my system opening to it, I get a frozen default screen (Series 9NPA nForce 4 Ultra Motherboard) and cannot even use the keyboard or mouse and even get on the internet. How do I get out of that default screen?

Thanks a million…I need my TV, aaarrrggghhh!!! I would appreciate explicit answers because I’m kinda dumb when it comes to computers…ooops.

    i think the power shortage has diffused the inner components of ur pc....u need to repair them at the hardware shop..!!
