Jeans fit waist but are baggy on thighs?
Does anyone else have this problem? My waist is 26 and jeans and trousers fit okay on my waist but they are very loose on my thighs and because of that make my thighs seem larger than they are. :(

It's nice to know I'm not alone. :)

Buy slim/skinny versions of your favorite jeans if they offer them, it will be tighter in the leg and thigh area! You can also buy stretch jeans which tend to be smaller and hug the right area, very forgiving and flexable for any size!

I often have this problem, and I always have to try on several models before I can find anything that really fits. You have to look for jeans whose legs are cut very slim and straight at the thighs or models that have have a rather generous waist (i.e. not too tapered at the waist). I normally wear bootcut jeans: They fit me best.

Different brands are cut differently and fit everyone differently. Maybe you should spend a day at the mall trying on all the brands until you get one that fits. Have you tried slim-fit or those with a little spandex in them? Those are usually tighter than 100% cotton jeans. Ask your friends what brands they wear and try those, too.

You are definitely not alone. The only way I can get jeans that fit snugly on my legs is to buy low rise in a size smaller - that way they are not tight around my waist.

You tried slim or skinny-fit jeans? They should keep the waist size the same, but slim down the leg.

Yeah I have this with my jeans too. It's really annoying so I mainly wear skinny/bootcut jeans now caus they tend to fit better on the thigh. Straight-leg jeans are the worst culprit.. grr. x
