What are the options for going to Athens from Atlanta airport?

Hello people, could you please help me out. I am flying to Atlanta this friday evening. I dont want to rent a car, I was wondering what options I got to go to Athens from the Atlanta Airport.

    Athens GA right? I think you will have to rent a car, plus you'll need one when you get there cause Athens sux, only thing there is UGA. Seriously there isnt much public transportation and a cab will cost you a fortune.

    Drive or take a cab (very expensive).
