You can look at other nannies/sitters in your area on these websites.

There are a lot of babysitters on craigslist.com. Just do a search near your area, but make sure to check references and background before you leave your baby with a stranger. You're better off getting someone you already know, or have heard of through a friend or fellow employee. But there are definitely good strangers out there! Good luck!

I hope you are not that stupid. To come on the internet in a world wide website and ask for some random person to watch your 3 month old is absolutely ridiculous. Are you serious?

Try www.care.com. Alternately, look at Craigs List website and post your ad there. Dont forget to ask for references.

Go through craigslist.com.

I found lots of sitters on there.

make sure you check their references, and if they're under 19, I always get their parents number.
