Not me, but someone I know, uses Peachtree accounting. I would think that they or Quickbooks would have a version tailored to the real estate industry. Check them out.

It depends on how many properties you manage. Quickbooks has a version for people who rent properties, but I think it's for individuals rather than property managers. We use Rent Manager for our 200+ rental units. It's kind of expensive but it's worth it.

we use Yardi Genesis. I like it, it runs several different types of reports and is really easy to use. I don't know how much it costs. I have used Management Plus for windows (MPW) and it is a total waste of time and money so stay away from that one!
