If a writer makes reference to the Disneyland park in a book and gives proper credit that Disneyland is a registered trademark of the Disney Corp, is that sufficient to keep the Disney attorneys happy and at bay? In the book the main character is flying over California and at one time flies over Disneyland.

Why does Hornish jerk the wheel up and drive his car into the side of Johnson's? Hornish is never a factor in a race. If I were going to tighten the standings, I would have an 'also ran' like Hornish wreck the leader. You can't argue that a closer race is good for NASCAR.

My ex wife stole my Honda CRV from our former home in Ft Worth, Tx. She left me for her old boyfriend in Encinitas, Ca. She's there or around there now. The problem is the FWPD won't enter the car as stolen despite the family law judge ordering it. Sort of a pissing match between the DA's office and the court. Meanwhile I am screwed. I can't get an insurance claim or any law enforcement without the stolen vehicle report. The car is titled in my name alone and is separate property. Anyone out there have any thoughts on how to recover this car?

These 3 homes are in Texas (2) and California (1). The Texas homes are in Ft Worth and valued around 170K and 190K. The California home is in San Diego Co., and is realisticly valued around mid 500's now. Any thoughts. Remember, the property is owned in a company sponsored profit sharing plan.
