Use of a trademark like Disnelyand in a book?

If a writer makes reference to the Disneyland park in a book and gives proper credit that Disneyland is a registered trademark of the Disney Corp, is that sufficient to keep the Disney attorneys happy and at bay? In the book the main character is flying over California and at one time flies over Disneyland.

They can not sue you for referring to actual places that exist in the world. You aren't trying to make money off the image of Disneyland, simply referring to it existing. Much like a comedian can joke about how he saw Star Wars or how a character in a show can be reading a famous novel.
