When a movie director starts a scene, what is the board called that has the swing arm and scene title on it?

You see them all the time, they are hinged at the side top, the guy holding it yells something like "Gone With The Wind - take one" then drops the swing arm.

Update:

Awesome. Thanks for the info. I am writing a book and wanted to have this for accuracy.

Clap board or clapper board. They also go by other names and some are quite simple in design while others are digitized. Take a look here for a detailed description: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clapper_board

Clap boards. They are used to identify each scene shot so

the film editors can put the movies together in proper order.
