    Can They Hurt Me?

Bad diet pills can be purchased two ways: Prescription and non-prescription.

The prescription diet pills are usually given to patients who have a body mass index of 35+. An accurate measurement of body mass should be done in a nurse or doctor's office. These diet pills are approved by the FDA and may be effective for patients in certain doses. Do NOT consider them to be a replacement for regular diet or exercise. Believe it or not, the most common bad diet pills, the ones with the worst side effects, are surprisingly those that are prescribed.

Non-prescription weight loss items are those that you can pick up at any pharmacy store.

Make sure that you completely research any non prescription item before you purchase it. Don't fall for the near impossible claims and take everything at face value. If you can believe anything believe that 90% of what you read is Madison Avenue hype. There are many good products for sale but you must research, research and do more research.

Luckily for you the Internet is at your disposal. If you are reading this article you are on the right path in your quest for the best and safest way to lose weight.

Dangers In Using Bad Diet Pills

Be very cautious when using diet pills. Yes, they may help to lose weight at the outset but eventually they will slow down your metabolism and cause you to lose weight so quickly that your body loses your muscle as well as fat, This usually means that after you stop taking the pills you will be very likely to gain all the weight back plus additional poundage.

Are you aware that certain diet pills have caused high blood pressure, heart attacks, hair loss, fever, or depression. Others are known to cause impotence, oily stools, diarrhea, or unexpected feces discharge. These are very real dangers. We have all read about various over the counter diet items that were removed from stores because of potential risks to consumers.

If you can lose 2 lbs in 2 weeks, you will find that you can keep it off. I know you don't think that is fast enough but good things take time. Once you lose the weight you want, don't you want to keep it off without ruining your kidneys, liver and adrenal glands? This is very possible if you take diet pills for a long period of time.

Herbs are showing great promise in assisting with weight loss. But you should keep in mind that, although herbs are considered "natural," this does not necessarily mean they are always safe for you to consume. Some may also have unpleasant side-effects, or interact with other drugs and supplements you may take daily.

You may want to research other ways to lose weight. There are some amazingly safe methods of losing that troublesome extra poundage.

Not all diet pills are bad for your body. Some are and it is based on the ingredients. Others can be if you are not getting enough liquids, nutrition, or exercise.

Without knowing more about which particular products you might have questions about will keep most of the answers kind of vague too.

All diet pills are are very expensive caffeine pills. They increase your heart rate so your metabolism will speed up, but it's usually not a good way to do it. I used to take diet pills, apparently they were the best out there, and when taking the recommended dose i would have major anxiety attacks and would completely tweak out. I don't recommend it, it's not fun. Plus I didn't lose a pound.

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.

    1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.

    2) The interval between the eating is very important. If you eat once, then you must eat next after 4 hours. You must take breakfast regularly. In the night eat your food three hours before going to bed.

    3) Walking is very good. You must walk as much as you can. Walk everywhere you can. Use of elevators and escalators must be reduced and instead of these you must climb stairs more often.

These are some of the fastest ways to lose weight. By just following the simple steps, you can lose your weight very quickly. You must consult your doctor if want to change your diet or exercise routine.

Most diet pills are stimulants. They can increase your pulse and blood pressure to unsafe levels especially if you are obese or have preexisting heart issues. I am in decent health and tried diet pills (Stacker, etc) and they just made me jittery and nauseous, it was pretty uncomfortable.

Like it or loathe the item, horseradish, which comes from the same family as wasabi, can actually help you dissolve your fat and push away hunger pangs, claim researchers from your University of Copenhagen. Spread a little on your sarnies, instead of your respective usual ketchup, for a diet effect.

They speed up your heart and other things.

They are dangerous if you take too many or have heart issues.

If you are healthy there is nothing wrong with them as part of a well rounded diet and exercise program.
