Any good books on raising vegetarian children?

Question

I know of "Raising Vegetarian Children," by - Joanne Stepaniak; Any other good ones out there? Cookbooks for children would be interesting too. 

I don't have children of my own but I know of several V/v parents who have raised their children veggie.

There are LOT now, but these two are my favourites.  Not totally vegan, but close.  It's all the other info that is very important and interesting etc.

Dr Michael Klaper has a good one too.  Short, simple, uncomplicated etc.
