A. You know what is wrong and you don't want to do it because it is wrong
B. You know it is wrong but you think about and/or want to do it, but you won't do it because you are afraid of the consequences that come with getting caught.
C. You know it is wrong, and you do it because you are evil and don't care.

A little bit of all three, but mostly (A) when it comes to social interactions, but mostly (B) when it comes to personal issues like overeating despite that I'm overweight and have high blood pressure.
