If you can afford to sponsor them then you can afford to pay for someone to help you.

This, i believe, is what the embassy will see. Loads of people have children and can cope...why do you need someone to come all that way to help you? I too believe that they would not go back to their home country just as the embassy believe too.

There's nothing you can do. Canada and the United States are full of people who came on tourist visas and promised to go back at the proper time. That's the reason it's so hard to get a visa now.

Only ask your mother in law to come, I know what you are going through, I know someone who went through that, they wont gives visa to two people especialy if they are couple. If the husband/wife is here, they might not go back. So what you can do is...try to get your mother in law..and your father in law can stay back, that way they will know that she will go back, cos her husband is there..another thing you can do is...if they have lots of wealth in pak, they can show that to the canadian embassay, and prove that they dont need to stay in cananda for economic reason, they are only coming in to visit you.

if you have friends and family where you are, it best to lean on them right now. chances are slim to none they'll get a visa. thank people who don't go back home after their visas run out for this.

Ask for ONE to come, not both. With one remaining behind it is more likely the other will return.
