It's Federal time.
He'll do the whole sentence.
No good time, no credits.

I have to point out that since the courts were ticked off at his arrogance he will do at least a year. He offered $5 million to settle his case, they took the money and still sentenced him with no reduction of his debt. At least Willie Nelson stayed humble and made an honest effort, but if the government can take a record deal from Nelson then it could have taken Snipes' money.

Not much.
I heard from a Hollywood insider that if Obama is elected, Wesley will be granted an immediate pardon, and he is slated to be offered a top position with the new administration in a newly conceived department that has to do with revising and restructuring the IRS tax code, all the way from declaring ones income to the formulating of a formula dealing with the redistribution of reparation monies to be reimbursed to people, of color, who qualify under condition's to be determined by a special advisory board consisting of Al Sharpton, Rev. Jessie Jackson, the righteous Rev. Wright, and that beacon of morality Marion Barry.

I'm guessing about 18 months. What is it with liberal celebrities who don't pay their taxes? Al Franken is being investigated for tax evasion in 17 states.
