why am i so light headed?

i've always been light headed and now this past month ive been getting really light headed and i have no idea why, i never skip meals i don't over exercise i eat! I really don't know why I always get light headed and almost faint

Update:

-no im not drunk

-i dont drink

-i dont think im depressed haha

- and my eye sight is good and i dont think thaats it ive been light headed since like 4th grade and im in the 9th now

    If you are not at least 18 years of age, you should first advice an adult (like your parents) and then see a Physician. It can be any number of things for example your blood pressure, your blood sugar level etc. etc. You need Professional advice.

    I have the same problem. Try to drink more water and get enough sleep. But if that doesn't help - go to the doctor. That's what I'm planning to do.

    you may have a condition called vertigo , google it

    or it could be over work or tiredness from something else, get more sleep and eat better, if you see no improvenent in the next week or so go to a doctor.

    my cousin has bipolar disease (i think thats what its called) and she has problems with light-headedness. maybe it's something like that, who knows? you'll never know for sure until you see a doctor!
