Installing headers on a v6?

Okay so the nuts & bolts that connects the downpipe to the catalyiac converty are rusty as hell and won't come off. I've tried heating it up, WD40 and plain brute force and they wont budge. Anyone know of a fix?

hi , if getting the nut to a cherry red doesnt work , try a nut splitter , this will also save the stud. Remember only the nut must be cherry red not the bolt as you want to expand the nut from the rusted stud. been there and it can be frustrating but the performance rewards are worth it . cheers
