Even though that the pro-ana websites support anorexia and bulimia as a normal living lifestyle , the media affects the girls on having eating disorders because the television, magazines ,commercial ads only show thin women and the and model industry portray a message to loose weigh or stay fit.
i want to know how to write A THESIS!!!!!!AHHHH ITS FRUSTATING!MY ENGLISH II WONT HELP ME!!

"Even though that the" is bad grammar, eliminate the "that".
It starts off with an "even though", but then it presents two ideas that agree with each other, and even though means that there is an exception to the idea stated first.
"Even though Bob loves dogs, he hates Sparky because he is loud, mean, and bites"
You seem to be finding reasons on why girls have eating disorders, so you would list the reasons. One of the AP ways to make a thesis is WAHP3: What its About, How you're gonna prove it, and 3 examples.
"Dogs are better than cats (what' its about) because they are smart, loyal, and funny (3 ways I'm going to prove it)
You may want to try something like this (but don't plagiarize!)
"Girls these days are pressured to take on anorexic lifestyles because of pro-ana websites and the media."
(you only presented two reasons so I guess that makes this a WAHP2)
