What is the best thing to use on killing grass, weeds, etc. in a gravel driveway?

I've already bought this Ortho garbage that didn't work worth a hoot. Have you used something better than that? Any advice would be appriciated. Thanks in advance.

You are right, I wouldn't have any Ortho products on my place. But the one I like is Round-Up. I buy the concentrate and mix it my self ;1/2 cup to a gallon of water. you can see how far a gallon will go. I find it at the farm stores.

It takes afew days to show any results because it soaks down into the roots and kills the weeds dead. Good luck.

Be careful of what you put on your graval driveway. Just stick to using round up! It is pretty effective and does the job. And don't forget to try to pull it out from the roots if you can. Like any other landscape you'll always have to keep its maintenance. Using a total vegetation killer can be a bad idea. Once applied its chemical can dry up and remain on the surfaces and with kids and pets it can be dangerous. Take care and God Bless.

I have had some success with Round-up--you just have to clear the dead weeds, but one of the companies makes a product called "Total Vegetation Killer" it is supposed to kill everything, I haven't tried it, because you can't plant after using it........not a problem on the drive.

Park the car wheels straight on the weed.

Or buy that clear pkg. tape and cover them in it.

Yank them out and put in plastic bag, tie bag shut leave in sunshine.
